Who We Are

PAHAAT FOUNDATION - Participatory Action for Humanity, Advancement, and Transformation – is a grassroots development organization committed to empowering communities to lead their own development journeys. Registered as a non-governmental, non-profit organization, we work with marginalized, underserved, and vulnerable populations—particularly in rural and semi-urban areas—to address issues of poverty, inequality, health, education, and environmental degradation.

We believe that sustainable change is only possible when it is driven by the community, for the community. Our initiatives are designed to enable individuals, especially women and youth, to become active agents of transformation in their own villages, neighbourhoods, and ecosystems.

We believe in empowering people through education, skill development, and providing basic needs such as food, shelter, and health awareness.

Our Mission

To promote inclusive, community-led development by addressing health, education, livelihood, and environmental sustainability. We aim to empower local people—especially in rural and vulnerable communities—to lead social transformation through participation, awareness, and action.

To build a compassionate society where every individual gets equal opportunities to grow and contribute positively. We strive to help people not only survive, but thrive.

Our Vision

To build an inclusive, empowered, and sustainable society where every individual lives with dignity, equity, and opportunity through active community participation and transformative development.
